This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quoters are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive. a) Email and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet, see pages 3 and 4 of the solicitation, and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. b) Review Evaluation Factors for Award on page 5 of the solicitation. c) Review Attachment A - Statement of Work, Attachment B - Pest Chemicals, Attachment C - Identified Chemicals, Attachment D - Photos of Liquid Chemicals, Attachment E - Wage Determination No. 2015-5631. d) Site Visit - A site visit is scheduled for 07/31/2023 at 10:00 AM PT.
