Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for Janitorial Services at Sierra Nevada Research Center, 1731 Research Park Drive, Davis, CA 95618. This requirement will include a base year and four option years. This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive: a) Email and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet, see pages 3 and 4 of the solicitation, and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. NOTE: Offeror/Quote must include base year plus all option years. b) Review Evaluation Factors for Award on pages 5, 6, and 7 of the solicitation.
