The United States Forest Service, Sciences Laboratory in Logan Utah located at 860 N 1200 E, Logan Utah 84321 is in need of Janitorial Services three (3) times per week begining on 09/01/2023. This will be a one(1) year firm fixed price contract with four (4) option years. The successful offeror shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, employee training and insurance in accordance with the attached statement of work. Potential contractors should note that Carpet cleaning, floor stripping and buffing are required. Any/all work will be completed after regular business hours as stated in the attached Stament of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Answer: The scope of work states annually Question: Do we clean out shredders? Answer: Yes, shredder trash is considered part of trash to be removed. Question: When it states to sweep entrances weekly is that the area between the doors or is that outside? If outside, how far? Answer: Outside the doors. Front door down the ramp to the sidewalk.
