This would be a 1-year rental, month-to-month. Optional (not absolutely required) features that would be useful: • Space for 4 to 6 desks/workstations, could be open or closed-door office space • Open reception space • Garage door into warehouse space • Sufficient off-street parking for staff vehicles • Located within the town limits of Cedar City, UT • Exterior venting in place for use in areas that would be lab space • At least one restroom
