The Pacific Northwest Research Station has a requirement for Tree Measurement Plots at Trout Creek Hill, Wind River Experimental Forest (WREF), Carson, Washington 98610. Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive. a) Print out and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet (See Solicitation package) and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. b) Review Evaluation Factors for Award on page 5, 6 in the solicitation package.
