This contract is to provide janitorial services in accordance with the specifications and best commercial practices in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present clean, neat, and professional appearance. Building for which janitorial service will be provided are occupied by both office and field personnel and includes both carpeted and hard floor surfaces. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, and supervision, equipment & supplies to complete required services, except those expressly forth as Government-furnished to perform janitorial services for the La Grande Forestry and Range Sciences Lab.
