Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements contract for commercial elevator and lift maintenance to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance for the Forest Service in the Tongass National Forest. The contractor must provide all necessary resources for preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and minor repairs across multiple facilities. All services will be performed at facilities located throughout Southeast Alaska, specifically in Juneau, Craig, Thorne Bay, Sitka, Wrangell, and Petersburg. The period of performance is for one 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods.
