This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0058 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide road maintenance services to the Cordova Ranger District (CRD), Chugach National Forest (CNF). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. NAICS: 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road maintenance to the CRD road system as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) and Schedule of Items and Price Sheet (Attachment 5). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at multiple road systems within the Chugach National Forest, Alaska. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 30 November 2024. Amendment 00001: Solicitation amended on 11 SEP 2024 to extend the solicitation until 18 SEP 2024. Amendment 00002: The requirement has been cancelled by the Requiring Activity. No contract award will be made from this solicitation.
