This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0057 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide road maintenance services to the Seward Ranger District (SRD) and Glacier Ranger District (GRD), Chugach National Forest (CNF). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road maintenance to SRG and GRD road systems as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) and Schedule of Items and Price Sheet (Attachment 5). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at multiple road systems within the Chugach National Forest, Alaska. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 30 November 2024. Amendment 00001: Solicitation amended on 11 SEP 2024 to extend the solicitation until 16 SEP 2024.
