Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PRD Mitkof Island Road Brushing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0041 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide road brushing services maintenance on the Mitkof Island in the Petersburg Ranger District (PRD), Tongass National Forest (TNF). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to road brushing services on the Mitkof Island in PRD as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) and Schedule of Items and Price Sheet (Attachment 4). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at Mitkof Island, Southeast Alaska. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 August 2025. Amendment 00001: Solicitation amended on 12 AUG 2024 to update the PWS (Attachment 1) and add Solicitation Q&As (Attachment 6).
