Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Removal and Reapplication of Antifouling Zinc-Based Bottom Paint to LE&I Police Vessels This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0039 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide for the removal and reapplication of antifouling zinc-based bottom paint to USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations (LE&I) Police Vessels. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide for the removal and reapplication of antifouling zinc-based bottom paint to USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations Police Vessels as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at the contractor’s facility. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 October 2024.
