Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PRD Boat Charter and Accommodations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF23Q0079 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide boat charter and accommodation services to the Petersburg Ranger District (PRD). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05, effective 7 September 2023. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide boat charter and accommodation services to PRD in accordance with the PWS and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Required services include transport of up to 6 passengers from Petersburg to Tebenkof Bay Wilderness Area and West Kuiu Island; transport crews ashore daily for monitoring visits; collect and haul marine debris from remote shores back to Petersburg for disposal; and provide daily lodging and meals preparation for 6 passengers for 10 days. Place of Performance: The work shall be performed in Southeast Alaska, from Petersburg to Tebenkof Bay Wilderness Area and West Kuiu Island. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be between 15 April 2024 and 31 August 2024 for one 10-Day trip (exact schedule to be determined). Amendment 0001: Solicitation amended to add Attachment 7, and to provide revised PWS, Schedule of Items/Price Sheet, and UPV Form. Amendment 0002: Solicitation amended to provide Revision 2 of the PWS and Schedule of Items/Price Sheet, and provide answers to additional questions.
