This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF23Q0078 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide road culvert repairs to the Alaganik Slough Road, Cordova Ranger District (CRD), Chugach National Forest (CNF). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05, effective 7 September 2023. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to provide culvert repairs to the Alaganik Slough Road. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Place of Performance: Alaganik Slough Road in Cordova, Alaska. Period of Performance: 30 September 2023 to 29 September 2024. Amendment 0001: Solicitation amended on 20 SEP 2023 to extend the solicitation response due date and to make some corrections to the PWS and Schedule of Items and Price Sheet. Amendment 0002: Solicitation amended on 25 SEP 2023 to correct errors in the Schedule of Items and Price Sheet. Amendment 0003: The requirement for Alaganik Slough Road Culvert Repairs has been cancelled by the Requiring Activity.
