The purpose of this service contract is to conduct a NEPA Categorical Exclusion (CE) process per Forest Service Handbook 1909.15 and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and complete associated public engagement, outreach materials, mapping, and study reports. The study will be conducted using existing information and data sets in coordination with Forest Service resource specialists and in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Performance Requirements Measures (PRM).
