KMRD Janitorial Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF23Q0031 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide commercial janitorial services to the Ketchikan-Misty Fjords Ranger District (KMRD). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supplies, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide commercial janitorial services at KMRD as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed in Ketchikan, Alaska at the KMRD Administrative Building (3031 Tongass Avenue), KMRD Bunkhouse (2957 Tongass Avenue), and KMRD Warehouse Restrooms (3001 Tongass Avenue). All facilities are located on a single contiguous property. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each.
