For the purposes of these specifications, any appraisal report will be considered as meeting the “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” (USPAP) requirements for an appraisal report if it has been prepared in accordance with the “Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions” (UASFLA).
