This is a non-personal services contract for spruce bark beetle mitigation including mechanical timber harvest and slash treatment for up to 58 acres of the Russian River Entrance Station located in Seward Ranger District, Chugach National Forest, Alaska. Extend the Performance Restrictions: from September 15th through May 1st. 2. Slash piles shall be a minimum distance of 100 ft. from Sterling Highway and Russian River Campground Rd. 3. The updated Solicitation close date is 01/28/2022 1700 AKST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Notice: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
