The US Forest Service, Ketchikan Ranger District, intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract to one (1) vendor for complete maintenance on the marine buoys listed in the Schedule of Item. The US Forest Service may require the delivery of the numbered line item, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the Schedule. This project consists of the following services: 1. Lifting the anchors, clean, inspect and photo the condition. Replace entire buoy chain, zinks, shackles, stainless steel wire, ties, and reflective tape. 2. Build three (3) new anchors and use them to replace the existing ones if needed. If no new anchors are required, the contractor shall deliver to the Ketchikan Ranger District Warehouse.
