This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for hazardous waste disposal services for the USDA Forest Service International Institute of Tropical Forestry. The contractor will provide all labor for segregation, classification, packaging, and disposal of hazardous waste and gas cylinders in accordance with DOT, EPA, OSHA, and state regulations. Services will be performed at two locations: San Juan, PR and Luquillo, PR. Quotations are requested directly through this combined synopsis/solicitation.
