This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a total small business set-aside contract to perform tree planting, tube installation, and grubbing services on the Deschutes National Forest, spanning the Bend-Fort Rock and Sisters Ranger Districts in Deschutes and Lake Counties, Oregon.
