This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to issue a BPA call against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA #1204N020A00XX) established under FAR 13.303 for the acquisition of “Lupine PCT, Buck, Grapple/Hand Pile”. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services for precommercial thinning, bucking, and grapple piling on 1,137 acres (509 acres mandatory and 628 acres optional). Only activity created fuels will be treated via bucking, grapple piling, and lop & scatter. Units are in recently commercially harvested stands and natural/untreated stands.
