This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, under # 1240BE25Q0095. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Updated through FAC 2025-06, effective August 27, 2025. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 million. Description: In July 2025, the McKenzie River warehouse burned due to fire caused by an unknown start at the McKenzie Ranger Station compound, destroying the structure. The warehouse structure and contents were a total loss and is in need of demolition and removal. Hazmat testing has been done and the report is attached. Project Location: Willamette NF, McKenzie River Ranger Station, 57600 McKenzie Hwy, McKenzie Bridge, Oregon 97413 Site Visit: A site visit is highly encouraged. Two dates are arranged with an on-site guide: Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, and Thursday, September 18th, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Meet at the Project Location address. To submit a quote package, complete and return the following items: 1) Attachment 1 -Schedule of Items 2) A Written Response to the Evaluation Criteria Questions, and 3) complete Representations and Certifications in section(x) within the Solicitation. 4) Sign and return Amendment #1.
