This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, under # 1240BE25Q0082. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-06, effective August 27, 2025. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services for planting approximately 700,000 Government-furnished tree seedlings on the Detroit Ranger District in such a manner as to insure tree survival and growth. Offeror shall provide copies of their Oregon BOLI Farm Forest Labor license and the U.S. Department of Labor Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act Registration (MSPA) licensing, and the same copies for any subcontractors, with their quote.
