The purpose of this solicitation to secure services for the hand cutting of trees and bucking, grapple/hand piling of activity created slash on 452 acres. This action is conducted under FAR 13.303-5 for placing calls against an established BPA. The BPA was awarded to multiple small businesses under a competitive process.
