This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based service contract spanning 5 years for invasive plant treatments on the Ranger Districts of the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest within the Blue Mountain Area. The contractor shall furnish everything necessary to perform this contract including, but not limited to, all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals. The appropriate current State Pesticide Applicator’s license shall be required for herbicide application. Reponses are due September 11, 2024 by 4:30 PM PDT via email to andea.pollock@usda.gov.
