This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for dumpster services in support of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) – United States Forest Service (USFS), Deschutes National Forest (DES) throughout the Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District (BFRD). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies/materials, supervision, management, tools, facilities, transportation, and incidentals and non-personal services necessary to furnish the necessary requirements to provide dumpster services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), its attachments, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this contract shall be 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Years of 12-months each. Base Period: 27 September 2023 through 26 September 2024 Option Year 1: 27 September 2024 through 26 September 2025 Option Year 2: 27 September 2025 through 26 September 2026 Option Year 3: 27 September 2026 through 26 September 2027 Option Year 4: 27 September 2027 through 26 September 2028 Period of performance will be specified on Task Orders. The duration of services shall be in weekly (7 days) and monthly (30 day) increments. Task Orders shall be issued at minimum 10 days prior to specified delivery dates. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Services shall be performed within a (50) fifty-mile radius of Bend, Oregon. Site locations will support 22 feet of unobstructed height and 34 feet of unobstructed space for servicing. Locations are categorized in zones; the zones are as follows: Zone A: 1-10 Mile Radius of Bend, Oregon Zone B: 11-25 Mile Radius of Bend, Oregon Zone C: 26-50 Mile Radius of Bend, Oregon ***For the purpose of this contract Drake Park at 777 NW Riverside Blvd, Bend, OR 97701 has been established as the starting location of the (50) fifty-mile radius.
