That is, the Contractor shall provide appropriate labor, equipment, safety and personal protective equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation needed to execute the removal and disposal of those hazardous material listed in the assessment report. This includes but is not limited to: completion of appropriate regulatory documents, such as hazardous waste manifests; coordination with appropriate State and Local agencies.
