The Pacific Northwest Region (Region 6) of the Forest Service (FS) will be advertising for inclusion in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for land appraisal services. This BPA addresses the recurring... The Pacific Northwest Region (Region 6) of the Forest Service (FS) will be advertising for inclusion in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for land appraisal services. This BPA addresses the recurring needs of the US Forest Service for professional land appraisal services. The goal is to complete tasks included in BPA calls in a timely and efficient manner that result in professional high-quality products beneficial to the Forest Service. This BPA and BPA calls may be used/issued by the US Forest Service (USFS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and/or the National Park Service (NPS), which may be referred to herein as Agency. A parent BPA is being solicited for, which in turn will allow for BPA calls against the parent BPA, for project-by-project work in the Oregon and Washington listed above. The parent BPAs will be for a 4-year duration. This procurement action is being setaside for small business. The Forest Service is anticipating releasing the solicitation for these services approximately the beginning of April 2023.
