DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Deschutes National Forest requires vehicle repair services on a 2016 International 7400 4x2 SBA. Diagnostics identified catastrophic engine failure. The requirement is to repair and return the vehicle to fully operable condition. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of performance shall be from March 15th, 2023, to May 1st, 2023.
