DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Deschutes National Forest requires vehicle repair services on a 2014 Dodge 4500, 6.4L V8 vehicle. Diagnostics identified a coolant hose leak, radiator leak, and cylinder head failure. The requirement is to repair and return the vehicle to fully operable condition. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of performance shall be from February 2nd, 2023, to May 1st, 2023. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Vehicle is in nonworking condition and located at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bend, OR.
