The USDA Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services (PPS), is conducting market research to determine interest in providing janitorial services for the North Fork John Day Ranger District, Ukiah, Oregon and the Frazier Work Center approximately 18 miles east of Ukiah. 1) Year-round janitorial service consists of the district office complex of approximately 9,600 square feet and includes several auxiliary buildings located in Ukiah. 2) Seasonal janitorial service of approximately 7,000 square feet includes two residential houses on the Ukiah compound, and three residential houses and a bunkhouse at the Frazier Work Center. 3) Occasional janitorial service of permanently assigned residential houses estimated three services annually. 4) Periodic scheduled services include carpet cleaning, floor strip and wax, and external and internal window cleaning. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price, FFP service contract for one base year and four option years.
