The facility must house up to 80-90 students with a classroom that can hold that all students at one time for training. The facility also needs to have the ability to feed up to 100 plus students on all days breakfast, lunch and dinner. **** U.S. Forest Service intends to award a single source contract to Eastern Oregon University, One University Blvd La Grande, Oregon 97850 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for Housing and food services for three days/two nights, for 100 Forest Service employees attending the Northeast Oregon Guard School.
