Janitorial services for buildings on the Emigrant Creek Ranger District with in the Malheur National Forest. The service will include but not limited to: vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dusting office surfaces, emptying trash cans, and supplying Paper Towels, Soap for washing hands, Toilet Paper. In addition to the above, on a semi-annual basis, strip, wax, and buff all floors, shampoo carpets, wash all office windows inside and out, and clean all office window blinds.
