These sites are spaced out at different locations throughout the geographic area of the Crescent Lake, Odell Lake, and Davis Lake. Locations are easily accessible by traveling West on Hwy 58 and North on the Cascades Lake Highway from Crescent, OR. See attached Map for general vault locations. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform toilet cleaning services in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Any refuse from restrooms must be removed from National Forest. Government will be responsible for facility maintenance including replacement of broken or vandalized items and vault pumping.
