This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Subpart 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Developing, Updating and Teaching Virtual Courses on Basic Timber Sale Preparation (BTSP), Designation by Prescription (DXP), and End Result-Stewardship Contracting (ERSC). The US Forest Service (USFS) is soliciting a vendor to update and teach courses on Basic Timber Sale Preparation (BTSP), Designation by Prescription (DxP) and End Result Stewardship Contracting (ERSC). Additionally, we are requesting work will be done collaboratively with the USFS, and all course content will be the property of the USFS. The syllabi need to be dynamic and are dependent on attendees and location.
