This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a revised solictation posting. Previous solicitation was 1240BE21Q0091 The Enterprise Program would like to request a contract for an 24/7 live answering service to assist with time and attendance. This service will be in support of Enterprise Field activities which include field project work and meetings, and trainings. Enterprise is a national program organized under the Washington Office, Business Operations. This service will be a back-up method of communication if the employees are unable to contact their local Forest Service Dispatch Center. Currently, the Enterprise Program has about 150 field-going employees that would be frequently using this service nationwide; however, it would be available for all Enterprise employees. The estimated number of hours for this service is 15 hours per month on average. The contractor will not be asked to complete any additional services other than recording and sharing the employee’s location and timeframe with Forest Service contact If employee needs further assistance after their check-in, the Forest Service will be in charge at that point. This will be a 5-year, Single Award IDIQ Contract, with 5 ordering periods: Ordering Period 1: Date of Award-05/30/2022 Ordering Period 2: 05/31/2022-05/30/2023 Ordering Period 3: 05/31/2023-05/30/2024 Ordering Period 4: 05/31/2024-05/30/2025 Ordering Period 5: 05/31/2025-05/30/2026
