Request for quotes shall be sent to Teresa Lloyd @ teresa.lloyd@usda.gov This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION/STATEMENT OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, cleaning supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the required janitorial services, in accordance with the attached specifications. The Contractor shall supply all stocking supplies necessary for the successful performance of this contract including, but not limited to: can liners, paper towels, bath tissue, hand soap, and toilet seat covers. Janitorial services for the following buildings on the Malheur National Forest are included under this contract: John Day Building #2200—Office/Warehouse – Roads Rooms and Bathrooms Only John Day Building #2103—Communications Building John Day Building #2100—Fleet Shop – bathroom and upstairs office only Prairie City Building #2005—Main Office Prairie City Building #L0366—Brown Warehouse - workout room only Buildings 2100 and 2200 are located on the Forest Service Compound at 155 Government Road; John Day, Oregon. Building 2103 is located at 230 NE Dayton Street.; John Day, Oregon. Building #2005 is located at 327 SW Front Street, Prairie City, Oregon. Building #2210, 5530 and L0366 is located at 156 N Johnson Ave. Prairie City, Oregon. Services for Buildings 2200 (Office/Warehouse) and Building 2100 (Fleet Shop), shall be cleaned between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Services for Building 2103 shall be provided on days and times to be arranged and agreed upon with a designated Forest Service representative. Services for Building 2005 (Prairie City Ranger District Main Office) shall be provided between the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am. Established cleaning schedules shall be communicated with designated Forest Service representative. This is an option year contract with the following dates: The period of performance of this contract is from June 1, 2021 – April 30, 2022 for the base year. Option 1 is for the period May 1, 2022 – April 30, 2023. Option 2 is for the period May 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024. Option 3 is for the period May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025. Option 4 is for the period May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026.
