The USDA Forest Service is soliciting offers for Janitorial Services for the Lamonta Ranger District Administrative Site of the Ochoco National Forest. Janitorial Services will be performed at the Lamonta Ranger District located at 1175 Lamonta Road, Prineville, OR 97754. Services will also be performed at the Heli-Base/Rappelers Building located at Lamonta Ranger District, 4550 Airport Way, Prineville, OR 97754. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, transportation, labor, tools, equipment, and supplies (except those provided by the government) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in accordance with the solicitation requirements. This commercial acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 561720- Janitorial Services. The corresponding size standard is $19.5 million. Offerors will be evaluated on 1) Past Performance, Biobased Product Experience, Quality Control Plan, Operating Plan, and price. The Contract will be awarded to the offeror whose submittal, in compliance with the solicitation, is the best value to the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the SAM Database will render an offeror ineligible for award. SAM replaced the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. A solicitation for this project, following the procedures of FAR Part 12 for the procurement of Commercial Items, will be posted to this website on January 20, 2021 with offers due February 5, 2021.
