This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SCOPE OF WORK It is the intent of this contract to provide snow plowing services for the Deschutes National Forest, Sisters Ranger District from County Road 16 to Upper Three Creek Snow Park, including Road 16, Road 1620, Road 1620890, and Upper Three Creek Snow Park Parking Lot and overflow lot. Optional item when requested by the U.S. Forest Service is snow plow Lower Three Creek Snow Park. Snow removal is to take place during the period of November 1 through April 30 of each year. See attached solicitation for more details regarding the statement of work. This is an option year contract with a base year and two additional option years. Base Year: Nov 2020-April 2021 Option Year 1: Nov 2021-April 2022 Option Year 2: Nov 2022- April 2023
