This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Malheur National Forest has a John Deere 770CH Grader with a ripper. The purpose of this contract is for the government to purchase a 90-96 inch wide compactor that is compatible with a John Deere 770CH grader and connects on the grader’s ripper. This machine attachment will be used to create compacted roadway surfaces on the Malheur National Forest.
