2026 Gifford Pinchot Culvert Supply
This is a total small business set-aside solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract to supply various sizes of circular and arch/elliptical pipe culverts, coupler bands, gaskets, and associated hardware in aluminized steel with specific gauge and fastener requirements. All culvert lengths must be provided in 20-foot segments and meet leak-resistant joint performance standards. Delivery is required to the Pine Creek Work Center off National Forest Road 90 east of Cougar, Washington, with the offeror responsible for unloading and re-piling materials at the designated location and providing 48-hour advance notice before delivery. Quotes must include a proposed delivery date. All work will be performed at the delivery location in Washington state.
