Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This project requires the installation of three Clivus Multrum Model 15 composting toilet units that were purchased last year and are currently awaiting installation at Fields Point. The work involves removing old, failing fiberglass composting toilets from the basement of the Fields Point Landing building and replacing them with new poly units to eliminate health and safety risks from human waste exposure for staff and concessionaires. The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses and will be a firm fixed price agreement. Performance will take place at Fields Point Landing, 17100 S Lakeshore Rd, Chelan, WA 98816 in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.
