The USDA Forest Service requires professional laboratory services for PFAS drinking water analysis of 75 water systems. The selected lab must supply sample containers, shipping materials, and return labels, while no sample collection labor is required. The lab must hold current Oregon or Washington PFAS certification and use EPA Methods 533, 537.1, or 537. Supplies must be mailed within 30 days of award, testing and reports completed by November 30, 2026, and final compiled Excel results submitted by December 31, 2026. Work will be performed at the lab’s own facility, with no travel required.
