This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BD25Q0061 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price requirements contract. Description of Requirement:The purpose of this service contract is to pump, clean and disinfect approximately 64 vault toilets at approximately 37 locations within the Mt. Adams Ranger District. Vaults range in size from 500-1000 gallons. Services will be scheduled on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide vault toilet pumping and cleaning services as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at multiple locations within the Mt. Admas Ranger District (MTA), Gifford Pinchot National Forest (GPNF) Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of approximately 9 months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each Please See Attachments for Details.
