New schedule of items is attached if needed This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BD25Q0055 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Description of Services: The contractor shall furnish all portable toilets, labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform routine pumping and cleaning services to 5 handicap accessible portable toilets at 5 locations near Lake Cushman. The portable toilets will be placed on the concrete pads within the screening fence at each location. The contractor shall ensure the designated areas present a clean, orderly, and well-kept appearance. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Place of Performance: All locations are located at Lake Cushman. To reach areas from Hoodsport, WA, take WA-119/Lake Cushman Rd west for 9.2 miles. At the junction with National Forest Road 24 turn left. Continue on WA-119/Lake Cushman Rd/NF-24 for 2.6 miles. Portable Toilet Site List: A. Cushman Day Use Site 1 B. Mt Rose Trailhead C. Cushman Day Use Site 4 D. Cushman Day Use Site 5 E. Dry Creek Trailhead. Contract Type: The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Service Contract with up to 4 option periods. The contractor shall furnish to the Government all services specified in the Schedule of Items and PWS.
