This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BD25Q0033 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Purchase and deliver (6) 20-yard Connex Storage Containers AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DELIVERY LOCATION: Twenty-five Mile Fire Camp 200 Breezy Heights Rd Chelan, WA 98816 47.987836, -120.269503 PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE: Before 06 June 2025 if possible BACKGROUND: Chelan Initial Attack is losing their leased building on 6/1/2025. Everything that was in this building for the past 20 years needs to be moved into storage containers until they find a new place for firefighters and equipment; the Chelan and Entiat district buildings don't have room to house any extra equipment and people. The fire crew needs to purchase 6, 20-yard Connex containers to place at 25 Mile Fire Camp in Chelan WA. The termination of this building lease was not anticipated, therefore there is a quick turnaround for award. The storage containers were needed before 6/1/25. Due to the short timeframe, the award needs to be made as soon as possible so the containers can be delivered as soon as possible. We are aware the 6/1/25 deadline to have these containers on site is likely not possible so we extended it to 6/6/25. We are looking for the soonest possible delivery date. Please include your delivery schedule with your offer. Failure to provide the delivery schedule will be considered a non-responsive offer. See attachment for details and salient characteristics.
