The workscope includes the landscape maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and cleanup of green debris over the period of performance. Periodic tasks include brush/fine grasses trimming, preseason ditch clean out, tree pruning, fertilization, turf aeration and weed control. Irrigation system management includes spring turn on and blowing out at the end of the irrigating season. Short Notice Grounds and Maintenance Service are also included.
