All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. /////amend one///// due date has NOT been extended (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million. (v) See attachment for Schedule of Items (vi) Description of Requirement (including a list of any attachments) Purpose: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Chelan Ranger Station Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest Chelan, WA. The scope of the work includes the year-around biweekly janitorial service for approximately 4100 square feet of office space and restrooms. Weekly janitorial service for approximately 250 square feet of one warehouse restroom and Fitness area. Semi-annual scheduled services include cleaning of blinds, draperies, and external and internal window cleaning.
