(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. (iv) The NAICS code is 811121 Automotive Body, Paint and Interior Repair and Maintenance and the Small Business Size Standard is $9 million Project Description: Colville NF Vehicle 4269 Flatbed Purchase and Installation Description of Requirement Fully Functional flatbed as described in the specifications, installed on government furnished cab/chassis truck. Required Service: - -Provide required flatbed as described in the specifications and as indicated on the attached Schedule of Items. - Installation of specified flatbed onto government supplied cab/chassis. - Warranty which covers defective parts and labor for no less than one year from government acceptance. - Certification of entire vehicle and placement of required final stage certification label onto the driver side door opening. This includes the manufactures name, date, weight information, and verification that no Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) have been altered. - Year model 2024 Ford F350 4x4 Crew Cab, diesel provided with bed delete option from factory (cab/chassis) - Equipment provided by supplier in the manufacture of flatbed shall be new and unused. Remanufactured or rebuilt equipment is not to be used. The submitted bid and final purchase price shall include as described above, plus: - Cost for vendor pickup and redelivery of vehicles from/to Colville, WA if installation facility is outside of Spokane Area. LOCATION- Vehicle is located at Colville National Forest, Supervisors Office, 765 So. Main Colville WA. Government will transport vehicle to Spokane, WA area vendors.
