This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Background The Forest Service requires portable toilets and handwash stations in support of Fire and Fuels Management at Ripplebrook Fire Station. Portable facilities placed at Ripplebrook Fire Station Hwy 224 mile post 49.4. *Please Note - Ripplebrook is a remote location. It is approx. 28 miles east of the nearest town (Estacada). There is no fuel or stores once you leave Estacada. There is also no cell service. Hwy 224 is a paved road and the Ripplebrook Fire house is right off of Hwy 224. There is easy access. Period of Performance : Estimated June 3rd 2024 to October 31 2024 Delivery Location: Ripplebrook Fire Station Hwy 224 mile post 49.4 Estacada, OR The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals for road maintenance activities within the Mount Hood National Forest within the scope of this contract.
